    Our Talent Acquisition Specialists provide professional talent acquisition services to ensure Sundt is hiring the absolute best talent in the industry while simultaneously building our future leadership pipeline. Develops the talent acquisition strategies needed to support very challenging and lucrative business strategic objectives. Pro-actively develops and maintains strong relationships with internal customers and serves as a trusted adviser to assist internal customers in execution and planning of hiring strategies.


    This position will be 100% focused on supporting our Commercial Building Group's California Region which includes Sacramento, Irvine and San Diego.  This individual must have Construction recruiting experience, more specifically documented success recruiting project engineer's, superintendents, estimators and project manager's within the Commercial Construction Industry. 


    *This position will be Contract with the potential to be converted to full time.

    *Working remote is not preferred but is an option.

    *Computer Equipment will be provided so that you can work through our intranet and in all of our systems including Linkedin Premium Recruiter, ICIMS and our in-house CRM.



    • Initially this will primarily be a sourcing role while the individual learns Sundt, our processes, our industry, positions, demographics, the different Group’s (Industrial, Commercial, Transportation, Concrete), etc.
    • Provides professional talent acquisition services to ensure we have the right person in the right position at the right time.
    • Works closely with internal customers to develop talent acquisition strategies that meet or exceed expectations.
    • Responsible for recruiting professional employees needed to achieve business objectives while helping to ensure compliance with company Affirmative Action Plan and Federal Compliance requirements.
    • Effectively sources qualified active and passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
    • Develops a strong pipeline of diverse talent by continuously sourcing and recruiting potential employees.
    • Acts as the trusted advisor in supporting hiring managers on the processes, interviewing techniques and best practices to ensure the experience is successful and effective for all parties.
    • Delivers the highest quality candidates while advancing the Sundt brand across numerous markets and professional communities.


    Minimum Job Requirements

    At least 5 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience preferred

    Proven experience managing multiple administrative projects while recruiting for a number of open positions simultaneously.

    Ability to manage active and passive candidate relationships using an Applicant Tracking System, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or similar systems.

    Documented success implementing recruitment strategies, programs and tools.

    Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
