Responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining corporate desktop, server, mobile and web based applications, reports and dashboards. Uses established company programming guidelines and procedures to develop, implement, test

and document applications. This position will primarily focus on mobile app development using MobileFrame and Power
Apps as well as report development using tools such as Power BI but may use other development tools.


  1. Support position providing advanced technical support and assistance to IT Department staff.
  2. Analyzes unique user requests and makes recommendations to Application Development Manager.
  3. Designs, develops, creates, and tests or modifies applications in multiple computer platforms/environments.
  4. Maintains and develops internal applications to be in strict compliance with IT Department programming guidelines and procedures as defined by the Application Development Manager.
  5. Adheres to IT Department procedures for Change Management and documents all changes to programs/applications per the programming guidelines and procedures.
  6. May provide backup support for other functional areas of the department
  7. Actively enforces compliance with the Employee and Company Acceptable Use of Electronic Information Systems policy and immediately reports violations to the IT Manager.
  8. Ability to work nights, weekend, holidays, and early/late hours to implement upgrades and improvements with minimal disruption of endā€user services.
  9. Maintains files for the unit/department.
  10. Participates in activities to support the company’s strategic planning efforts.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  1. Associates Degree or 5 + years in information technology.
  2. 2+ years’ application development experience.
  3. 2+ years’ in common programming languages such as C#, PHP, SQL and HTML
  4. Proficient in writing SQL queries and have a solid understanding of relational databases
  5. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Physical Requirements

  1. Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day
  2. May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
  3. Will lift, push or pull objects on an occasional basis
  4. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
  5. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
  6. Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/work day
  7. Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors
