The Bilingual Human Resources Representative will be engaged and customer focused in supporting the organization's employee owner experience corporate strategy to ensure that Sundt creates an environment where people thrive. They will actively participate in the development, planning, and implementation of engagement, compliance, and diversity programs in line with Sundt’s strategic objectives. In addition, they will provide day to day support by collaboratively working with all business groups to ensure that our corporate Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Program is in compliance with government legislation and management directives.
