Overview

Basic Job Functions

Responsible for working with and assisting COO, District/Division Managers, Operations Managers and other members of the Sundt Construction Self-Perform Concrete Group to bring uniformity to processes, procedures and productivity among-st multiple divisions. Assist with financial tracking and reporting of the various divisions within the Concrete Group.

Responsibilities

  1. Review MPR’s of all divisions within the Concrete Group and assist Operations in margin reporting.
  2. Conducts job-site schedule reviews, project change order reviews, project startup and closeout reviews, and job-site patrol for safety and quality of projects.
  3. Monitors performance and review with operations and divisional managers within the group.
  4. Assists and works to develop training programs.
  5. Develops and maintains consistent administrative procedures, reports, submittals, change orders and provide documentation required to support the company project audit process.
  6. Develops Sundt Way compliance schedule.
  7. Participates in activities to support the company’s strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree required.
  2. 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  3. 5+ years construction related industry work.
  4. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Physical Requirements

  1. Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day
  2. May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
  3. Will lift, push or pull objects on an occasional basis
  4. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
  5. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
  6. Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/work day
  7. Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors
